A 45-year old man with intermittent dyspnea was found to have a large mediastinal mass on chest radiograph. Computerized tomography scan revealed a 14.7 cm anterior mediastinal mass with cystic and solid components. The patient underwent a thoracoscopic resection of the mass without complication.
